Help and hope for families affected by Alzheimer's and related dementias

Help and hope for families affected by Alzheimer's and related dementiasHelp and hope for families affected by Alzheimer's and related dementias

Forty seven million Americans, 1 out of every 6 people, have Metabolic Syndrome. It is not a disease. Rather, it is a collection of risk factors for cardiac disease and dementia. The syndrome directly relates to insulin resistance.

Belly fat? High cholesterol? High blood pressure? High triglycerides? Diabetes?

If you have any 3 of these 5 conditions, you have Metabolic Syndrome.

It is a Reversible condition.

Due to COVID-19, classes will meet via Zoom video conference for two months on the second and fourth Wednesdays from 2 to 4 pm. On alternate Wednesdays, students have a support group on Zoom from 2 to 3 pm.
